Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
1.1. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. How to Request an Exchange

Share your order details along with the item you wish to exchange, and our team will assist you step-by-step.
3. Shipping for Exchanges
1.3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back the original item and receiving the replacement—unless the exchange is required due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.
4. Availability of Exchange Items
1.4. Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product from our collection or receive an online coupon equal to the value of the returned item, which can be used for any future purchase.
No Returns for Change of Mind
2.1. We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind or decide you do not like the product. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
3.1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in quality, please reach out to us right away.
Once the issue is verified, we will issue an online coupon equal to the value of the affected item, which you may use for a future purchase.
Exceptions & Conditions
4.1. Non-exchangeable items: Products purchased during clearance or sale events may not qualify for exchanges.
4.2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchange requests.
Orders Before Promotional Campaigns
Please note that orders placed before the start of any promotional sale are not eligible for those discounted prices, ensuring fair pricing for all customers.
Delivery Advisory
We work with trusted courier partners; however, delays or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
Additional delivery charges or failed deliveries may arise due to courier-related issues, which are beyond our direct control. While we do our best to assist, Pamoi cannot assume full responsibility for complications caused by third-party courier services.
